HVA is proud to serve the people of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area
HVA was founded by Troy Mennis in 1993. Mr. Mennis is dedicated to offering the highest quality appraisals at the most affordable prices. HVA is strictly a mobile service and comes to you.
Appraisals are fully documented and presented to you in an easy to understand format. You will have the results of your appraisal presented to you at the time of the service. All of your questions will be answered to your satisfaction.
The fee for an Appraisal is:
* $90.00 (within a 15 mile radius of the office of HVA. The Office of HVA is located in
Euless, Texas 76040)
* For each additional mile outside of the 15 mile radius from the office of HVA, there is a
.50 cent per mile charge added to the basic appraisal fee.
* All appraisals are taxable at the rate of .0825%

Hours of OperationHVA will work to set an appointment that is convenient to your schedule.
Appraisals can be performed at your location seven days a
week.
No appraisals are preformed during the major Holidays.
